Dear Journal,
... i've refined my newfound Artifact of Power, the Lantern of Revelation.
i've used some of Refining Components from my backpack, bought rest of what's needed on Auction in the Neverwinter City for Astral Diamonds.
Now my Lantern of Revelation did increase in it's Power.
Further Refinement & Power increases are possible still, but require significiant effort or more serious expenses - i should do it in future, when i am ready.
